These policies protect the time reserved for each client and help sessions run smoothly. Please review the terms that apply to your service before booking.

Virtual and In-Home Coaching

Full payment is required at booking and reserves time specifically for you.

You may reschedule online one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made within 48 hours are not permitted, and payments are nonrefundable.

Clients cannot cancel appointments online. Please contact The Right Now Home if you need to discuss a cancellation.

Right Now Decluttering Day

A $150 nonrefundable reservation fee is required at booking. The remaining balance will be charged to the card on file 48 hours before the scheduled session.

You may reschedule online one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations, additional rescheduling requests, or changes made within 48 hours are nonrefundable.

Because this service reserves a significant block of time specifically for you, please book only when you are confident the date will work.
