Hi, I’m Rae.

I know what it feels like to work hard at your home and still feel like you are falling behind.

My Story

For years, I thought I just needed the right organizing system.

I pulled everything out, bought more bins and baskets, and tried to follow cleaning routines that never seemed to last. Instead of feeling calmer, I often ended up with a bigger mess and more proof that I was somehow failing at something everyone else seemed able to manage.

Through my own decluttering journey, I realized the problem was not a lack of organization. With ADHD, work, and a busy family life with two young children, I simply had too much to manage. What I actually needed was far less stuff and a practical way to reduce it without turning the whole house upside down.

A Little About Me

I’m a wife and mom of two young children, and I work as a clinic manager at an integrated medicine clinic. My family and I share a multigenerational home with my parents.

My professional experience and family life have taught me the importance of listening without judgment and recognizing that every person, family, and home is different. Each home has its own routines, personalities, and priorities.

That’s why I don’t believe in one perfect way to manage a home. I believe in making practical changes that fit the people who actually live there.

I believe your home should be designed around your real life, not someone else’s idea of what it should look like.

My hope is that each session helps you make meaningful progress, build confidence in your own decisions, and develop skills you can continue using on your own, with support and accountability available whenever you need it.
